“We came into contact with Bernard after enquiring about a property in Javea that we had seen online. He responded very quickly, and our first conversation already felt positive and reassuring. It soon became clear that he is a calm and trustworthy adviser with extensive knowledge of the market and of local customs when purchasing a home in Spain — which is very different from the Netherlands. During our first visit to view several properties, it was evident that Bernard truly listens to your needs, takes the time to guide you properly and never puts you under pressure. Later, when we found the house we wanted to pursue, we arranged a virtual viewing. This was the only option, as the property had suddenly come back onto the market and there was no time to travel to Javea. Speed was essential; previously, the house had sold very quickly.
